Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients
- Support client onboarding process
- Execute processes related to accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Oversee bookkeeping entries, monthly book closing and financial reporting and analysis
- Manage day-to-day client relationships
- Weekly one-on-one meetings with your line supervisor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited school
- 4+ years demonstrable experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping support, accounts payable and preparing financial reports
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero Accounting
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Comfortable embracing new technologies
- High-speed internet connection with a dedicated work space
- Ability to work standard PST business hours

Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliations and appraisals of accounting and financial systems
- Assist in defining company accounting policies and ensure adherence
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations for review by your line supervisor
- Review accounting and/or regulatory reports to ensure financial compliance
- Assist in automating and continuously improve processes
- Perform calculations to determine tax liability
- Prepare memorandums, letters and reports
- Perform other ad-hoc related duties as designated by your line supervisor
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited school
- 5+ years demonstrable experience in reconciling and balancing accounts, financial and accounting statements and reports
- Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
- Working knowledge of the laws and regulations relating to financial administration
- Working knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Xero Accounting
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Comfortable embracing new technologies
- High-speed internet connection with a dedicated work space
- Ability to work standard PST business hours
